What is self-esteem?

Confidence is the ultimate faith in our selves and our abilities. Self-confidence is the way we talk to ourselves about ourselves! The existence of self-esteem predisposes two interrelated concepts: the concept of inner competence and the sense of personal worth. Self-confidence and self-esteem when they coexist result in the belief that we live a happy life that we deserve.

Loving our flaws and imperfections is an integral part of the unique person who is you.

We must take personal responsibility for our own behavior. We need to believe in something big - Our life has higher purpose. We must have ambitions. Avoidance of people or situations that are negative for our confidence, individuals who doubt us, our actions and our abilities.

We have to identify things we like to do and are usually good at. Everyone has at least one talent in a unique way.
