This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://mywebtherapy.com.
To provide services to you, I need to get private information from you. This information may be about your personal info, your personal history, your mental health, your medical health, or your use of alcohol or drugs as well as other information. This notice describes how information about you may be used and disclosed and how to get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

Personal Information I Collect

When you visit webtherapy.com, the website automatically collects certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the website, information gets collected about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to my website, and information about how you interact with my webite. I refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

The website collects Device Information using the following technologies:

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information see section "Manage Cookies" bellow.
“Log files” track actions occurring on my website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse my website.

When you book a life coaching session I collect information from you that may include: name, email address, phone number. I refer to this information as “Booking Information.”

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the website, I collect information from you that may include: Full name, Email address, Telephone number, Fax number, Bank account number and bank routing number, Financial account number, Card or payment instrument type, Card Primary Account Number (PAN) or Device-specific Primary Account Number (DPAN), Card Verification Value (CVV) [never stored], Card expiration date, IP address, Device Data, Browser data. Please note that none of this information is strored on my website. I refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Please note that from the above, I never see your card number, CVV, bank account number or any other sensitive financial information. These are seen only by the payment processors we use.

When we communicate with you regarding our service we may ask you for the following information: name, email address, country, timezone, background, etc. If you are interested in Helping your child, we also ask the age of the child. We refer to this information as “Service Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Booking Information, Order Information and Service Information.

Who might follow this notice?

Network officers, employees, interns, and volunteers.
Anyone who has a contract with me to provide services to my practice or people served by me. In this notice, these people will be called my Partners.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information

Right to inspect and copy: In most cases, you have the right to request and receive a copy of information that is in our records at any time.

Right to Amend: If you think any information I have about you is not correct or complete, you can ask me to change the information, or add a statement to your record stating what you think is incorrect or incomplete. I can deny your request for certain reasons, but I must give you a written reason for my denial.

Right to Request Restrictions: You have the right to put limits on what I can do with your personal information. But, I am not required to agree with your request.

Right to Request Confidential Communications: You have the right to ask me to communicate with you in a certain way or at a certain location. For example, you may ask that I only get in touch with you at work or by mail. Before I can act on your rights, I will ask you to put your request in writing.
Please be aware, there may be a cost to receive information by regular mail.

Right to Delete your Informations: You have the right at anytime to request the deletion of all your informations we keepm in our records. This request should be strictly written

Section 1
(1) Routine disclosures are the ones I need to make as a part of serving you. I do not need any specific consent or permission from you for the uses listed below.

For Life Coaching: Me or one of my staff members involved in your Life Coaching will be using your personal information.
For treatment: Me or one of staff members involved in your care will be using your personal information.
For payment: If there is a need, I may communicate your personal information in order to get paid for my services. I will bill you, your insurance company (if applicable), or any third party who may be obligated for paying me.
Operations: I may use personal information about you to improve the way I provide services.
Your Records: The personal information in your record could be seen by various staff to provide services, and to do filing, case reviews, billing, customer services, etc. The staff may use the information in your record in order to do their jobs.
Appointment Reminders: I may email you or call you to remind you of your next appointment.

Section 2
(2) Disclosures, which require your consent. Sometimes, I will need your permission before I can use or communicate personal information. I will then ask you written permission.

Additional Services: Before I can help you work with another agency, psychotherapist and or psychiatrist, I need to tell them some personal information about you. Examples of such services are hospitals, schools, nursing homes, Social Security offices, Department of Human Services (DHS), lawyers, courts etc.
Individuals involved in your Life Coaching and / or Care: I may give personal information to other people or agencies that are helping me to provide your services. Examples are your family/friends you want informed, or other people who help you.
Your Primary Medical Doctor: I believe that it is important, if there is a need, to coordinate your mental health services with your physical health care. I will ask you to consent to share information with your doctor.
Jail or Prison: If you are an inmate of a jail or prison, I may be obligated to release personal information about you to the jail or prison authorities.
Rights to Revoke: You have the right to revoke your consent but you must put it in writing.

Section 3
(3) Mandatory Disclosures. There are certain times I am unable to protect the privacy of your personal information. I will give information about you when required to do so by federal, state, or local law.

To Avert a Serious Threat to Health or Safety: I want to keep you safe. I will give personal information about you to stop a serious threat to your health and safety, and, I will protect the health and safety of other people if you are in any way a threat to someone else.
Law Enforcement: I release personal information if asked by law enforcement officials:
a) In response to an order of the court.
b) To identify or locate a suspect, fugitive, material witness, or missing person.
Rights to Revoke: You have the right to revoke your consent but you must put it in writing.
My privacy practice follows the Rights of Recipients and Mental Health Codes established by the law.

In conclusion:

I do not share your personal information with third parties.
I protect your personal information by reasonable security safeguards against unauthorized access, use and theft.
I do note store any information about your visit to this site, besides the use of Google Analytics.
I do not use cookies. However you can turn off the use of cookies at anytime by changing your specific browser settings.

What information will I collect about you?

When you sign up to participate in or receive a service such as life coaching, therapy, newsletters or comment on my blog, I may ask for personal information about you. This may consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number or date of birth.

By entering your details in the fields as requested, you enable me and my service providers to provide you with the services you select.

Mywebtherapy.com also uses cookies (see below for more details) and collects IP addresses (an IP address is a number that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network device on the internet). I use analysis software to look at IP addresses and cookies for the purpose of enhancing your user experience. This information is not used to develop a personal profile of you and the log files are regularly purged.

How will you use the information you collect about me?

I use the Device Information that we collect to help me screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

I use the Booking Information that we collect to connect with you online, at the right time.

I use the Order Information that we collect to update the balance of your account.

I use the Service Information that we collect to verify the appointment times and better serve you when we have a free session or later when we design a course for you or your child.

I will also use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

I will use the information for "service administration purposes", which means that I may contact you for reasons related to the appointment you have booked;
I will use the information to contact you about a submission you have made to the website, including any content you provide.
I will use the information to personalize the way the content is presented to you.
Gennerallyb IP addresses are used to identify the location of users, the number of visits from different countries and also to block disruptive use; and to analyze and improve the services offered on my website, e.g. to provide you with the most user-friendly navigation experience.

Will you share my personal information with anyone else?

I will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies). Generally, I will only use your information within my private practice. However, sometimes I use third parties to process your information (for example or payment providers). I will require these third parties to comply strictly with its instructions and I will require that they not use your personal information for their own business purposes.

I share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, some of the third parties I use :

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident I note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts I might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

When you book an appointment, place an order or communicate with me, I will maintain your Personal Information for my records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. I need to talk to the legal guardians first and get writen permission in order to provide sessions to minors.

Changes

I may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Use Of WebSite And Services

By using our Site and services you agree with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Site or services.
