Session Cancellation Policies
Single Session Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the appointment time, without any charge.
Session cancellation or session rescheduling in less than 12 hours will cause a 50% fee to be withheld.
Sesion time lost due to technical reasons (bad connections, power failure, device breakdown etc), is replaced without any charge.
In case of no connection at all due to technical reasons from your part, please inform me within 24 hours after the missed session, in order for the charge to be waived.
There is no charge for cancellation of Free Sessions but I have the right not to accept any rescheduling
Group Session Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the appointment time, without any charge.

If one or more group members are unable to participate, the session is either cancelled or it is completed with the rest of the group members. In the latter case the session may be recorded for the absent members to watch.
Sessions are paid in full, regardless of the number of participants that were able to attend.
Session time lost due to technical reasons (bad connections, power failure, device breakdown etc), is replaced without any charge, provided none of the group members were able to connect with me.

Refund Policy
If you choose to discontinue the session, the fees for the sessions you have already paid for but were not completed will be refunded. A 24 hours prior notice is required.
A full refund of remaining sessions is possible within 20 days of the purchase. After that, a 5% processing fee is withheld.
If you request a partial refund on a discount package, then the session you completed will be charged according to the non discounted fees.
There is no charge for cancellation of Free Sessions but I have the right not to accept any rescheduling.
Additional Terms
Any other terms stated on any page of my website are considered to be part and in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
